Responsible for working with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and service organizations to ingest requirements to resolve product issues and complaints. The candidate will produce SW specifications and project plans. The candidate will develop the technical solutions required include SW using VB6 on windows based PS’s. Knowledge of DLL’s and custom communications is a strong need. • Identify from the documented product requirements and business priorities, the appropriate scope of technical changes needed and prioritize these changes given a fixed set of resources. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross functional team to analyze information needs and deliver technical recommendations and requirements to support development strategy. • Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within the product portfolio, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible• Help analyze impact of proposed solution across existing technology platform• Assist quality assurance team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed• Facilitate development of new functionality through demos, and the development of appropriate documentation to communicate the specific fix. • Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations• Establish strong working relationships with team members; all functions within R&D; and across the marketing, clinical, regulatory, and service organizations as appropriate to support program deliverables• Consult with customer service and marketing to effect strategies for the optimal use of software resources to maintain product quality. • Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed project milestones
