Start Date: Immediate post selection but after BGV process.
This request can be for Contract to hire for period of 6 Months. As we need to fill this position ASAP.

The job description:
§ Providing onsite and Telephonic support for the video Conference meetings including: actual meeting setup, scheduling multipoint meetings, ensuring smooth startup of meetings including video, and audio add on.
§ Support for the video Conference meetings including: actual meeting setup, scheduling multipoint meetings, ensuring smooth startup of meetings including video, and audio add on.
§ Configuring meetings on Polycom video conference bridge
§ Troubleshooting Video conference related issues by interacting with users.
§ Interacting with Video vendor for reporting and getting solutions for major issues
§ Willingness to work extended hours for meeting scheduled before and after office hours
§ Should be an excellent team player
Skill sets:
§ 4 years of experience in handling Video Conference equipment (End points, Video Conference Bridge) preferably from POLYCOM Vendor.
§ Knowledge on Polycom video conference units, MGC Bridge, RMX 2000 Bridge, RSS 2000 recording device, CMA 4000, other basic video conferencing aspects
